Who we are

Square Point LLC, doing business as Square Point Builders, is a residential general contractor. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website, contact us, or work with us.

Information we collect

• Information you share. Your name, email, phone number, project address, budget, preferred timing, and details about what you want to build. You may also send us plans, photographs, or other project materials.
• Communications and project records. Emails, inquiry and follow-up notes, voicemail messages you leave, and records related to estimates, proposals, and your project.
• Website and advertising information. IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring websites, ad-click identifiers, and campaign information. Cookies and browser storage can help maintain the site, prevent abuse, and connect an inquiry with the advertising or page that brought you here.

The inquiry form identifies required fields. Other fields are optional. Please do not include payment-card details, Social Security numbers, medical information, or other sensitive personal information in a project inquiry.

How we use information

We use information to respond to you, understand your project, arrange conversations and visits, prepare estimates and proposals, coordinate design and construction, and maintain customer records. We also use website information to operate and protect the site, troubleshoot problems, measure advertising performance, and show relevant advertising to eligible previous visitors.

Submitting an inquiry allows us to respond about your request. It is not a separate signup for unrelated marketing messages.

Who receives information

We share relevant information with service providers that support our website and security, communications, customer records, project management, document processing, and advertising. These services include AI-assisted tools for reviewing project information and preparing communications.

We may also share project information with designers, architects, trade partners, and permitting authorities involved in your project.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect legal rights or investigate misuse of our services. Third-party services process information under their applicable terms and privacy policies.

Google Analytics, Google Ads, and enhanced conversions

We use Google Analytics to understand visits, page engagement, contact-link clicks, and how visitors use the inquiry form. Analytics events describe actions and errors without including the contents of form fields. We use Google Ads measurement tools to understand which advertising leads to inquiries. These tools may receive website activity, cookie or device identifiers, ad-click information, and details about a conversion, such as a successfully received inquiry.

With enhanced conversions, Google's tag may automatically detect contact information you enter, including your email address, phone number, name, and address. It converts that information into a hashed form before sending it to Google for matching with Google accounts and ad interactions. Hashing changes the format of the information; it does not make the matching anonymous.

We use Google Ads remarketing to build audiences of eligible website visitors and show them our ads on Google and other websites or apps. We and Google may use first-party cookies (such as Google Analytics cookies), third-party cookies (such as Google advertising cookies), and related identifiers together to understand visits, measure advertising, and personalize ads. We do not use your inquiry text or project details to define these audiences.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can leave optional form fields blank or contact us by phone or email. You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser, although blocking them may affect site features.

You can opt out of targeted advertising and optional Google measurement through the Privacy choices controls above. We honor Global Privacy Control as an opt-out. Our Google tags stay off on this privacy page, for opted-out browsers, and for visits identified as outside the United States or whose location cannot be determined. This browser-specific choice stops new collection by our tags; it does not delete information already shared or change your Google account settings.

Google My Ad Center lets you manage ad-personalization preferences. Turning off personalized ads does not necessarily stop advertising measurement or all information sharing with Google. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

To ask about your information, request access, correction, or deletion, or tell us your communication preferences, email contact@sqptbuilders.com. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for active projects, legal obligations, or resolving disputes. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.

Retention and security

How long information is retained depends on the type of record and its purpose, including inquiry follow-up, project administration, warranty matters, accounting, legal obligations, and disputes. Retention can differ between our systems and service providers.

No website, email service, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us if you believe information you shared with us has been misused.

Children

Our services are intended for adults planning building projects, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action.
